Walked: entry, kitchen, living room, both baths, primary bedroom, guest room, laundry closet, balcony
Everything's fine. AC running properly and humidity is where it should be. Ran every tap and flushed both toilets — no smells, nothing wet under any of it. Slider tracks had the usual sand, cleared them.
One thing worth knowing: the association left a notice about balcony railing work starting in September — photo below. Nothing for you to do, but you'd want to have seen it.
