This page exists because the assessment form on this site says "I don't share your details with anyone" — and a claim like that should be inspectable, especially when what you're typing is the address of a home that sits empty. Here is everything that happens to what you give us. It's less than you'd fear.
What this site collects
If you fill out the assessment form: your name, email, phone, the property address, what you'd like watched, roughly how long you're away, anything you type in the notes — and, so we know which of our letters or pages is working, the page that referred you here. That's the whole list.
If you just read the site: nothing. There is no analytics script on this site. No Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recorders, no fingerprinting. We can't tell you our visitor count, and we're fine with that.
Where a form submission goes
Over an encrypted connection to our own site's server function, which does two things: checks you're a person, then emails your inquiry to us. Concretely, the services involved are:
- Cloudflare — hosts the site and runs Turnstile, the "are you human" check on the form. Turnstile may set a cookie to do its job; the site sets none of its own.
- Web3Forms — the service that delivers the form contents to our inbox.
- Microsoft 365 — where our email lives, which is where your inquiry ends up: an email in our inbox, read by one person.
Your browser also fetches this site's fonts from Google Fonts and the page loader from a standard content-delivery network (unpkg) — meaning those services see the kind of routine request data any website visit produces (your IP address, browser type). They receive nothing you type.
That's the complete list of third parties. There is no CRM, no marketing platform, no data warehouse. Nothing you submit is sold, rented, traded, or shared with anyone — not with real estate colleagues, not with vendors, not with anybody — except if the law ever compels it.
If you got a letter from us
Your name and mailing address came from the Volusia County Property Appraiser's public records — the same records anyone can look up. We don't buy marketing lists. If you'd rather never hear from us again, say so once — email or call — and you go on a do-not-contact list that our mailing process checks before every single send. That list fails closed: if it can't be checked, nothing gets mailed at all.
If you become a member
Your property records — access notes, visit reports, photographs — live on our own devices, not in a cloud CRM. Your keys and codes are handled under stricter rules still, which we'll walk you through at onboarding. Visit reports go to you and stay in your property's history so you always have the record.
Deletion, and questions
