This page exists because the assessment form on this site says "I don't share your details with anyone" — and a claim like that should be inspectable, especially when what you're typing is the address of a home that sits empty. Here is everything that happens to what you give us. It's less than you'd fear.

What this site collects

If you fill out the assessment form: your name, email, phone, the property address, what you'd like watched, roughly how long you're away, anything you type in the notes — and, so we know which of our letters or pages is working, the page that referred you here. That's the whole list.

If you just read the site: the main measurement is Cloudflare Web Analytics — a cookieless, aggregate page-view counter. It tells us how many visits a page got and roughly where they came from; it sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and cannot identify you. There is no Google Analytics, no session recorders, no fingerprinting.

One more script loads on every page: a Google Ads conversion tag. It doesn't read what you look at or build a profile of you, and it only actively fires once — if you tap the phone number or submit one of the two forms on this site — so we can tell whether the ads we pay for are turning into calls and requests. That single event can set a cookie to do the counting. It's narrower than it sounds: no remarketing, no audience-building, and we don't use it to follow you anywhere else — just whether an ad led to a call.

Where a form submission goes

Over an encrypted connection to our own site's server function, which does two things: checks you're a person, then emails your inquiry to us. Concretely, the services involved are:

• Cloudflare — hosts the site, runs Turnstile (the "are you human" check on the form), and provides the cookieless visit counting described above. Turnstile may set a cookie to do its job; the site sets none of its own.
• Zapier — the relay that turns your submission into the email we read. It passes the contents to our inbox and keeps a copy in its task history under our account.
• Web3Forms — a second delivery service the form still sends to.
• Microsoft 365 — where our email lives, which is where your inquiry ends up: an email in our inbox, read by one person.

That's the complete list of third parties involved in a form submission. Everything else on this site — pages, styles, images, fonts — is served from this site itself; beyond Cloudflare's own verification and visit-counting scripts and the Google Ads tag described above, your browser fetches nothing from anywhere else. There is no CRM, no marketing platform, no data warehouse. Nothing you submit is sold, rented, traded, or shared with anyone — not with real estate colleagues, not with vendors, not with anybody — except if the law ever compels it.

If you got a letter from us

Your name and mailing address came from the Volusia County Property Appraiser's public records — the same records anyone can look up. We don't buy marketing lists. If you'd rather never hear from us again, say so once — email or call — and you go on a do-not-contact list that our mailing process checks before every single send. That list fails closed: if it can't be checked, nothing gets mailed at all.

If you become a member

Your property records — access notes, visit reports, photographs — live on our own devices, not in a cloud CRM. Your keys and codes are handled under stricter rules still, which we'll walk you through at onboarding. Visit reports go to you and stay in your property's history so you always have the record.
